Just finished this today, might change some stuff around in the future... but for now I think I'll play with it a bit. First thing you'll notice is that there's a bit of a bulge added to the side of the case, this is because I wasn't content with using dual 40mm or a single 80mm rad. Instead I used a dual 70mm. This is probably overkill, but it's what I had laying around, so it what I used. The radiator has a built in reservoir and fill port which is nice. The pump is from the same place as the radiator... I think it's from a Cooler Master Aquagate Viva, but I'm not sure. All I know is it's from something old that I bought a long long time ago. Anywho, it all seems to be a nice fit, I'd call it internally watercooled, but others might differ on that opinion, you can be the judge. Only other mods I did were the LEDs on the front and on the controller, cd rom window and case window.
Managed to still cram the talismoon fans in, figured some added air circulation couldn't hurt since the waterblock doesn't contact all the chips inside. I had to cut out the whole metal frame it usually clips into so I could move it about a 1/4 inch back to make room for the radiator. I also cut out the plastic casing around the fans for better flow and less noise.
And here's a relay I added so that the pump and 2 extra fans aren't powered by the board, they draw their power from a standard 12v ac/dc wall adapter, so there's an extra cord to my xbox, but no biggie, seemed like a better option than drawing power off a random spot on the board.
Edit - Here's two more shots with a little more light.
